“The year has been outstanding year, as voted by our customers,” said  CEO, George Aveling.

“Most of our business comes from our existing customers. I have asked our customers what our brand image is in their eyes. The most common responses are that we deliver, we are distinctive in the way that we do things, we are brave – we tell clients as it is, in a respectful way, we listen, and we are fun!” he said.

This has translated into strong relationships with our client base and a growth of 30% year-on-year.

The TMI team focuses on helping companies deliver outstanding customer experiences – with engaged employees delivering them.
