A Complaint is a Gift a Real Hit!
TMI held a hugely successful A Complaint is a Gift public program on 28-29 September 2010. Feedback was nothing short of brilliant!
They showed participants how to treat complaints in a positive way – as gifts – rather than as problems. Participants then practiced using TMI’s 8 Step GIFT formula to help them turn unhappy customers into loyal customers.
Participants came from the financial services, telecommunications, banking, insurance, motor vehicle and medical industries.
