Highlights from TMI's visit to the US : Bringing back the best of the best.

3 senior consultants from TMI Malaysia attended the annual TMI and TACK World Congress in Las Vegas.

Key highlights were:

• Cutting edge change processes:  George Aveling, CEO and Tan Chong Eu, Chief Learning Officer, attended a one week Appreciative Inquiry Bootcamp, spent with Dr Diana Whitney, a world expert on this positive change methodology... “TMI has used Appreciative Inquiry for 3 years now. This experience has enabled us to add further sophistication to our consulting work in Malaysia. It is applicable to organisational change, team development and leadership,” said George Aveling, CEO of TMI.

• Finding revenue generating opportunities through customer service: TMI UK has won awards for it service change management methodology for Eurostar in the UK. TMI Malaysia has access to the powerful customer and employee ethnography and customer journey mapping methodologies. This methodology uncovers ways to make customer service sell.

• An amazing company – Zappos.com: Zappos is an amazing company that has grown dramatically over the last 11 years. Company culture is the number one focus of this company. It treats brand and culture as flipsides of the same coin. Two TMI team members went on a tour of the Zappos Las Vegas Office. The experience and learning were nothing short of Zappolicious!
