Afternoon Session

A Complaint Is A Gift: Based on Dr. Janelle Barlow’s best selling book!
Presented by: Rajes Singam, Senior Consultant, TMI

In this highly practical session, TMI will help your organisation become more effective when dealing with service breakdowns that lead to customer complaints. It creates awareness of the complaints culture as it is today, and takes constructive steps to make improvement using simple and useful techniques and tools.
The Complaint is a Gift concept has now been adopted as a way of life by hundreds of organisations in 70 countries around the world and weaved into their processes, systems and culture.
